I'm a Staff AI Product Engineer at Amazon Web Services with more than eight years at AWS and 18+ years building technology products. Beyond my day job, I have built AI products, mentored 50+ technical professionals, led AI literacy initiatives, and created practical frameworks to help people navigate change.
WonderLead brings those experiences together: programs (Practitioner Programme), coaching (including the AI-Era Capability Track for corporate professionals), workshops, and digital products (RePLAN, AI Builder Stack). We start with tech professionals because they are experiencing AI-driven change first. The same programmes scale to teams and organizations.
I've lived the pressure myself: layoffs, role uncertainty, and the speed of AI change. What helped was not chasing every new release. It was building systems for learning, decision-making, and intentional growth. That is what WonderLead delivers.
