These terms cover the companies site: the checklist pack, the AI adoption assessment, discovery conversations, and any Team Programme or Executive session we later confirm in writing. They do not cover the Practitioner Programme, public workshops, or RePLAN — those have their own terms.

1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you (the person or organisation using these pages) and WonderLead, operated by Patricia Juárez Muñoz.
By downloading the pack, booking a conversation, or starting a paid engagement, you agree to these terms. A paid Team Programme or Executive session is only confirmed when both sides agree in writing (email is enough) on scope, dates, and fee.
2. Using the site
The companies pages are informational. Pricing ranges, case-study numbers, and testimonials describe past work; they are not a promise that your organisation will get the same result.
Do not scrape, resell, or present the checklist, assessment, or case study as your own product.
3. The checklist pack
The complete pack (checklist, spread story, measurement graph, and print guide) is offered in exchange for a work email. We send the files and occasional notes on running this with teams. You can unsubscribe in any email.
You may print and share the pack inside your organisation. You may not sell it, white-label it, or use it as the basis of a competing public product without written permission.
4. The assessment
The AI adoption assessment is a self-score. Answers stay in your browser. WonderLead does not receive them unless you later choose to share a score on a call or by email.
The score is a prompt for a conversation, not a certification, audit, or consulting deliverable.
5. Discovery conversations
A discovery call is a conversation, not a paid engagement. Booking it does not create a Team Programme contract. Either side can decide it is not a fit.
Calendar scheduling is provided by Google Calendar. Their terms apply to that booking flow.
6. Team Programme and Executive sessions
Scope, fee, dates, cancellation, and who owns artefacts from a paid engagement are set in the written confirmation for that engagement. Published ranges (for example a typical cohort fee) are orientation, not an invoice.
You remain responsible for your people’s employment, data, and internal policies. WonderLead facilitates a method. We do not become your AI vendor, employer, or data processor for your production systems unless a separate agreement says so.
7. Intellectual property
WonderLead owns the method write-ups, cheatsheets, assessment questions, and site copy. Your organisation owns its own work, tools, and anything your people build in a paid cohort, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Named testimonials are used with permission. Do not imply those people endorse your internal programme.
8. No outcome guarantee
Adoption depends on leadership, time on the calendar, and whether people feel safe to be beginners. WonderLead does not guarantee licence utilisation, productivity metrics, or that neighbouring teams will opt in.
